Email marketing automation – We will create a system to acquire and automatically follow up with your leads to help you close as much business as possible. ($2000 / month value)
Search Engine Optimization – We will start an SEO program on your behalf. We research the top keywords to implement on your website while doing continual offsite article submission and link building to help you win top search rank in your market ($3000 / month value)
Analytics and Tracking – We will set up and monitor your Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and SEO software to systematically improve your results. ($1000 / month value)
Online Brand Reputation – We will curate your Google Business Profile with photos, videos, and a 3d walkthrough if applicable. We will create a system to get you a flow of 5 star reviews from your past customers which are essential to you winning more clients. ($1000 / month value)
Digital Ads – We will create and continually optimize ads in Google and/or Facebook to bring you new business. We use one of the top Facebook Ad specialists in the country and one of the top Google Ad gurus in the country. ($6000 / month value)
Direct Mail – We can deliver special negotiated rates including 26 cent advertising mail, lower than going directly through the USPS. The cost is all inclusive including paper, and our graphic design is included as part of our service. ($1000 / month value)
Cost Analysis – We will analyze your income statements and look for ways to help reduce costs. We’ll do everything from negotiating your shipping rates to reviewing your credit card processing fees. For example, if you’re like most companies you’re probably paying 2.9%+ on credit card processing fees. We have a negotiated flat rate of 2% which we’ll pass on directly to you, potentially savings thousands per month. ($3000 / month value)
Cash flow analysis – We will analyze your cash flow to make sure you have adequate cash reserves, help strategize ways to decrease days receivable and increase days payable, and help you utilize float so you have more cash in the bank. ($1000 / month value)
Strategy – We will help you refine your strategy, recommend opportunities to pursue, and help you pursue them. ($4000 / month value)
Credit card rewards – As a business owner, you should be making 2.0% to 4.4% cash back on your expenses. We help get you the right cards for the right categories to maximize your return and make business more financially rewarding for you as the owner.
Improve Your Culture – We’ll bring tools and strategies to help drive a winning culture. Your best employees aren’t only concerned with their salary, but about being a part of a bigger vision and winning team.
Access to Additional Resources – We’ll bring our connections and knowledge to help you succeed including book recommendations, tools, and business operating systems to help your business get to the next level.
You would need multiple consultants and agencies to achieve similar results, and it would likely cost tens of thousands of dollars per month. Our fee is $1750 per week and includes the software we use, all our work, and any consultants we bring in to help your business. Think of us like hiring a full team of high end employees but at a fraction of the cost.
Cancel anytime for any reason. If you’re not getting extreme value from our service, you have the option to short pay any week’s fee and only pay for the value you believe you received. We encourage you to short pay if you believe you’ve received less value than you paid for, so we can constantly improve our service. Since you can cancel anytime and only pay for the value you believed you received, our service is zero risk to you. Our goal is to provide you 10x the value that you’re paying us.
